Register: On-Demand Hematopoietic Course

Register now to complete an on-demand training course on the Colony Forming Unit (CFU) assay

This on-demand course will guide you through the following topics:

  • An overview of hematopoiesis
  • A description of the various functional assays used to identify and quantify human hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs)
  • Step-by-step instructions on identifying and counting colonies in the human hematopoietic CFU assay
The on-demand course is divided into 3 sessions, each consisting of 2 - 3 parts, which should be reviewed sequentially. The parts range from 5 - 20 minutes in duration and the entire course can be completed in approximately 1.5 hours (not including culture time). Note that this is not an accredited course and cannot be used to receive Continuing Education (CE) credits. If you wish to take an accredited course, please see our live virtual training.
