Overview

Use CellPore™ Delivery Media as a specialized mechanoporation medium with the CellPore™ Transfection System for cytosolic delivery into mammalian cells, including immune cells, hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs), and human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs). Its physiological formulation supports high cell viability and efficient delivery of diverse cargo, including nucleic acids (e.g. siRNA, mRNA, self-amplifying RNA), ribonucleoproteins (e.g. Cas9 RNPs), proteins, and other biomolecules. Used within CellPore™ Delivery Cartridges, this standardized mechanoporation medium ensures cargo stability and high delivery performance by providing a gentle environment for cell membrane deformation, enabling reproducible results from initial optimization through routine runs. Its reliability supports diverse applications from transient expression to genome editing, and enables rapid cell recovery for subsequent downstream analysis.
