Why are the prices changing?

Instability in the economic landscape is resulting in inflationary pressures that are affecting raw material, manufacturing, and supply chain costs around the world. To ensure the continued supply and quality of our products, and prompted by continued increases in our operational, freight, and materials costs, we have made the difficult decision to raise our product and shipping prices.

What will be covered by the price increase?

All of our products, services, and shipping charges will be affected by this change. Please connect with your sales representative for information specific to your institution or account.

Will there be additional price changes?

We will endeavor to maintain the updated list prices for 12 months; however, this may change depending on the evolving market conditions.

How will this affect my standing discounts?

Unless otherwise indicated, all of the pre-negotiated offers and quotes will remain the same, be applied against the new price list, and remain in effect until the originally specified date. Please connect with your STEMCELL sales representative for more information.

What will happen if I submit my order on July 31 but it is not processed until August 1?

All orders submitted by July 31 2022 at 11:59 p.m. PDT will not be affected by the price change. We will honor the previous price list.

Has my institute or third-party procurement partner updated our electronic catalog system?

We have been working with institutions around the world to ensure that their records have been updated and ordering processes remain unaffected. We encourage you to reach out to your procurement team or STEMCELL sales representative to inquire about the status of the update. If STEMCELL Technologies is not in your internal e-procurement system and you would like us to be, please contact your STEMCELL sales representative to initiate this change.
