EVs are labeled using tetrameric antibody complexes targeting CD9, CD61, CD63, CD81, or the combined tetraspanins CD9/CD63/CD81 (Pan-EV), along with magnetic particles. Labeled EVs are separated using an EasySep™ magnet and remain in the tube while unwanted components are simply poured off. EVs can be isolated from serum, plasma, or culture-conditioned medium, and are immediately ready for downstream applications such as molecular analysis, western blotting, mass spectrometry, and more.
