How Does EasySep™ Work?

EasySep™ is a column-free immunomagnetic system for the fast and easy isolation of cells that are immediately ready for downstream applications. Cells are targeted using antibody complexes directed toward specific cell surface antigens, which link targeted cells to EasySep™ magnetic particles. Labeled cells are pulled to the sides of the tube when the sample is placed in an EasySep™ magnet. Magnetically labeled cells remain in the tube while the untouched cells can be simply poured or pipetted off into a new tube.
